I am a registered Doctor of Pharmacy with the Egyptian Pharmacists Syndicate and a DHAlicensed pharmacist with nearly two decades of experience in hospital and community pharmacy practice across the UAE and the Middle East.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alexandria University, Egypt, and a one-year clinical internship program that qualified me as a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). I further enhanced my professional development through postgraduate certifications in Clinical Pharmacy, communication, interpersonal skills, and patient engagement.

Throughout my career, I have held senior pharmacy leadership roles within leading healthcare institutions in Dubai, where I have overseen and played a key role in establishing and expanding pharmacy services and medication management systems. I have extensive experience in overseeing pharmacy operations, implementing advanced medication management technologies, and optimizing pharmacy workflows to enhance patient safety and service efficiency.

I have also contributed to international healthcare accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring pharmacy services meet global patient safety and clinical care standards.

My professional focus is centered on patient-centered medication safety and optimizing medication therapy to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes. I work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure evidence-based medications prescribing and use and ensure patients receive clear counselling to ensure safe, effective treatments and clear guidance on the proper use of their medications; achieving the best possible health outcomes.
