A standard outpatient program for alcohol and drug addiction is a structured yet flexible treatment option designed for individuals who do not require 24-hour supervision. These programs provide medication-assisted relapse prevention, and support while allowing patients to maintain their daily responsibilities, such as work, school, and family commitments. A standard outpatient program provides a balanced approach to recovery, combining medication to reduce craving, psychotherapy, education, and support to help individuals overcome their addiction while maintaining their everyday lives.
