Occupational Therapist

I am a licensed Occupational Therapist in both the UK and Dubai Health Authority (DHA), holding a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Essex (Greater London).

I have worked across various health and social care settings in the UK, including inpatient and outpatient mental health, physical rehabilitation, and community-based support services for neurodivergent individuals.

I have a strong passion for mental health, with particular expertise in supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse. I have developed and led group therapy programs for addiction recovery, alongside delivering one-on-one interventions that address the cognitive, emotional, and behavioural complexities of addiction.

Additionally, I have supported individuals with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, acute psychosis, and anxiety disorders.

My approach is holistic and recovery-focused, striving to address all aspects of well-being—mental, physical, and social—to support long-term independence and meaningful engagement in daily life.
